Help protect your Apple, Crab Apple, Peach, Pear, Plum & other fruit trees from destructive moth larvae! Don't spray your trees if it isn't necessary
VivaTrap! Codling Moth + Oriental Fruit Moth Traps are the *ONLY* pheromone traps available for Oriental Fruit Moths, our proprietary multi-pheromone mixture is field proven!
Codling Moths and Oriental Fruit Moths attack these and other species:
Codling Moth (Cydia pomonella) larvae are typically the cause of 'wormy' fruit, doing damage by stinging the flesh and boring into the seed cavity. There are 2-4 generations per year, depending on climate.
Oriental Fruit Moth (Grapholita molesta) larvae attack both fruit and young shoots & twigs, killing the tip of the shoots and causing strikes or flagging. Larvae typically enter fruit near the stem and immediately bore to the center, feeding around the pit. There are 5-6 generations per year, depending on climate.
VivaTrap! Codling Moth & Oriental Fruit Moth Traps utilize a strong wet glue adhesive to retain moths attracted to the dual pheromone lure.
Includes: 2x extra-sticky wet glue traps & 2x lures (2 complete traps)
Instructions: Hang traps in trees at 5-6' height, with care to avoid wind and rain as possible. Use 1 trap for each smaller tree, or 2 for larger trees. Deploy traps in early April, and again in August for best results. Lure lasts for approximately 8 weeks.

We have Oriental Fruit moths on our fruit trees in CA. These traps will tell you if you need to do something more serious about the moths or if you just have a few.
We are not going to buy from Amazon any more, the traps are the same at the website and they are a better price. We have the moths on our trees.
Better than the Monterey traps you can buy on amazon
Trapping oriental fruit moths all over our orchard. We order these every year. Good results they let us know where to spray.
I hope this works as directed. I won't know until the the tree fully blooms out to see the results.
Pretty, pretty, pretty good
Fast shipping these will help your fruit trees
I had excellent results with these traps. The traps I had out before buying these were not catching any moths, but I saw them flying around. When this package came I took it outside to assemble not far from my apple tree. I got dive bombed by codling moths before even getting the lure package opened. By the time it was time to put the next trap out, the first one was loaded with moths. There were some apple maggot flies stuck in there too, which is a nice bonus. I only had a small harvest this year, but I do not see much codling moth damage at all. Very pleased. Will be purchasing again next year.
